Is buying a holiday home a good investment?
Buying a holiday home at Coquetdale Holiday Park is a lifestyle investment and a getaway from everyday life. Sub-letting is not permitted and all homes are privately owned. It is a space for you, your close friends and family to relax and unwind in.
Do I own the land?
When purchasing a holiday home, you are buying the static holiday home sited on a pitch, but you do not own the land. To continue to occupy your chosen pitch, your annual fees must be kept up to date.
Can I move my holiday home to a different pitch within the park?
If you are purchasing a holiday home that is currently in-situ at the park, you are unable to move it and are buying as advertised. If you are purchasing a new holiday home that is not yet in-situ, you can choose an available and compatible pitch. Available and compatible pitches will be advised by the Holiday Park owners. Once in-situ you are unable to change pitches. You are able to upgrade or part-exchange your holiday home to relocate to a different pitch.
Are pets allowed onto the park?
Pets are allowed, but they must be kept under control at all times and owners are responsible for their own pets. No dangerous breeds are permitted.
